A disposition analysis including competing and comparable properties is prepared
to evaluate the market for disposition and where appropriate appraisals, title reports
and surveys will be ordered. The disposition of the asset will also be analyzed
to determine opportunities, constraints and cost exposures. We develop a comprehensive
marketing plan and supporting collateral materials.
The plan focuses on identification of unique qualities and we will develop marketing
materials to communicate those qualities to an exclusive list of qualified buyers.
